A little help.

From your first brief to your final export.

Start with an idea

Describe your video or share a public product link on the landing page. Use the plus menu to choose a format, set a duration, or attach reference material. Review the creative direction and previews before building your film.

Your account

Use Sign in on the landing page. Sign in with the email you used at checkout so Hypermotion can match your purchase to your account.

Billing & credits

Flex is $10 one-time for 300 credits, with no subscription. Creator is $29 per month with 1,000 credits. Before paid work starts, you approve a maximum spend; unused reserved credits are returned after settlement. There are no automatic top-ups.

Open Credits on the landing page to view your balance and recent activity. If a completed checkout hasn’t appeared, use the purchase recovery option in the credit wallet. Manage subscription renewal through the Whop account used for checkout.

Reference video and design system features require an active Creator subscription. Buying a credit top-up alone does not unlock them.

Cancel or request a refund

Open your Whop profile, choose Orders, select your Hypermotion subscription, and choose Cancel membership. Check the effective date shown by Whop. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund earlier payments. Creator-only features require an active paid period.

For a refund, open the payment in your Whop account and use its resolution or support option. Include the payment ID and a description of the problem. Refunded or disputed purchases lose their associated credit allowance; previously spent credits can leave a balance deficit. Technical failures in Hypermotion return the operation’s reserved credits.

Reference files

Attach up to five JPG, PNG, WebP, TXT, Markdown, CSV or JSON files. Images can be up to 10 MB each. A reference video can be up to 50 MB and two minutes long; four sampled frames guide its visual direction. Audio and continuous movement aren’t analyzed.

Exports & interrupted work

Rendering and saved projects need the studio service to be available. If it’s unavailable, keep your brief and try again later. A failed paid operation returns its credit reservation; an interrupted request can take up to 15 minutes to release it. Queued renders settle when the job finishes or fails.

Downloading an existing rendered film does not use additional credits.
